Character Analysis: Get To Know Eleanor Miller

When I've talked to other people about Alvin and the Chipmunks, they tend only to recognize certain characters, if any at all. Most can distinguish Alvin and Theodore, but the rest are off the radar. One Chipette that I found fell 100% off people's radar was Eleanor. No offense, but I thought Eleanor would shine more than Jeanette. It turns out that more people will recognize Brittany and Jeanette before even knowing that Theodore also has a love interest. You'd think they'd expect one of the most loveable characters to have a perfect match. Well, let's unveil the mysteries behind the green, pigtailed Chipette.

Eleanor Miller

In my opinion the perfect woman, Eleanor Miller has it all and more. Though she's a bit larger than her sisters it doesn't wane her confidence for most of the versions depicted. She embodies the strength, determination, and love that make up the best qualities of being a woman. Not only can Eleanor cook and apply first aid, but she's also awesome at sports, not afraid to stand up for herself, and knows when to put others in their place. Eleanor has been known to stand up to Brittany on various occasions, which sometimes brings Brittany back to reality. Eleanor's love for Theodore is loud and proud, often expressed by hugging his arm or offering to do activities together. They both share a passion for cooking and are probably the most open about how they feel about each other compared to their siblings. Eleanor can sometimes feel insecure about herself when out in situations that make her feel like dead weight rather than a member of the team. She does her best to keep a positive attitude and be proactive in dangerous situations. She has a nurturing nature that gives her an almost mom like quality that her sisters appreciate and admire. She has it going on all the way around.

I don't know why my girl doesn't get any shine. Just looking for a good photo of her for this article was a challenge. It's a shame that not many know how strong and fearless Eleanor is under that sweet, innocent smile. She's a force that makes the Chipettes complete. Without her, there would be a noticeable gap that makes not only the Chipettes but the Chipmunks complete. They all need each other, remember the name, Eleanor. Her dialogue is the second-best in my opinion because not only is it sweet, but it holds a weight of self-worth and just a sprinkle of sass that I can't help but love.
